The majority were single (73.6%) and primarily used marijuana/cannabis (especially among those with moderate-good economic status). Synthetic cannabinoid use increased with lower economic status. Over half reported alcohol addiction, and most had legal employment. While family relations were generally good, 11.2% lacked a father, suggesting a potential role in dependence. Nearly a quarter had a family history of substance abuse. Social environments played a role, with 72.6% having friends who used substances and 47.7% reporting easy access to them. Notably, 66.3% were under probation.
