{"doi":"10.61186/ijrr.21.4.707","title":"Computed tomography guided nerve interventional therapy in ischemic cerebrovascular disease","abstract":"Background: To explore the impact of head and neck computed tomography (CT) guided nerve interventional therapy in ischemic cerebrovascular disease (ICVD) patients. Materials and Methods: Patients with ICVD (n=100) admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly allocated into control group (CG) and observation group (OG). The CG received drug treatment, and the OG drug treatment before surgery and treated with head and neck CT combined with nerve intervention therapy. Interventional therapy was conducted via endovascular stenting. The National Institute Health of Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score, activities of daily living (ADL) score, vascular recanalization rate, blood flow of the diseased vessels along with occurrence of adverse reactions in both groups were compared. Results: After therapy, NIHSS score in both groups was declined, and lower in the OG relative to the CG (P<0.05), while ADL score in both groups was elevated, and higher in the OG relative to the CG (P<0.05). The vascular recirculation rate of the OG was 86.00%, higher relative to 60.00% in the CG (P<0.05). Vs (peak systolic flow velocity) and Vd (end diastolic flow velocity) in both groups was lessened post treatment, and lower in the OG relative to the CG (P<0.05). The occurrence of adverse reactions in two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: CT guided nerve interventional therapy was effective for the treatment of ICVD patients, which promoted vascular recanalization and nerve function recovery, effectively improve vascular endothelial function and cerebral blood flow of patients, and improve patient life quality.","journal":"International Journal of Radiation Research","year":2023,"id":414839,"datarank":0.0,"base_score":0.0,"endowment":0.0,"self_citation_contribution":0.0,"citation_network_contribution":0.0,"self_endowment_contribution":0.0,"citer_contribution":0.0,"corpus_percentile":null,"corpus_rank":null,"citation_count":0,"citer_count":0,"citers_with_citation_signal":0,"citers_with_endowment":0,"datacite_reuse_total":0,"is_dataset":false,"is_dataset_confidence":0.9578,"is_data_producer":false,"deposit_databanks":null,"is_oa":true,"file_count":0,"downloads":0,"has_version_chain":false,"published_date":"2023-01-01","fair_score":null,"fair_percentile":null,"algorithm_id":"datarank_citation_only_1hop_v6","ranking_scope":"data_only","authors":[{"id":1196759,"name":"Ying Jin","orcid":"0000-0001-9731-2307","position":1,"is_corresponding":false},{"id":1196760,"name":"Ye Liu","orcid":"0000-0003-1536-706X","position":2,"is_corresponding":false},{"id":1196761,"name":"Shenqiang Hu","orcid":"0000-0002-9256-8351","position":3,"is_corresponding":false},{"id":1196762,"name":"Xianli Yin","orcid":"0000-0003-0746-5321","position":4,"is_corresponding":false},{"id":1196763,"name":"Jin Ma","orcid":"0000-0003-3072-9065","position":5,"is_corresponding":false},{"id":1196764,"name":"Wei Jiang","orcid":"0009-0005-0423-4394","position":6,"is_corresponding":false},{"id":1197090,"name":"Y.
