The establishment of the \"person\" as an abstract phenomenon is the beginning of the legal phenomenon. The legal phenomenon begins on the edges of natural and abstract. The subjective legal spirituality is the mere directness of the spirit as the subjective spirit - on contrary, the legal personality is constituted only after abandoning the directness, by externalization which leads to indifferent look onto oneself. The establishment of an individual as a person is conducted solely within the legal phenomenon.
