Basically middle managers (17 - 21 grades) of 12 public sector organizations involved in plan implementation and decision making executors were selected. For this study, goal clarity was termed as independent variable and perceived benefits of efficiency and effectiveness as dependent variables. The results show that goal clarity had positive relationship with perceived benefit of efficiency and effectiveness.\r\n\r\n\t \r\n\r\n\tKey word: Executors, implementation, public sector organizations, efficiency and effectiveness, dependent variables, goal clarity.","is_dataset_classified":null,"base_score":2.0794415416798357,"endowment":2.0794415416798357,"datacite_reuse_total":0,"file_count":0,"downloads":0,"views":0,"has_version_chain":false,"is_dataset":false,"is_oa":false,"pmid":"26657633","pmcid":null,"openalex_id":"https://openalex.org/W2134615400","authors":[],"funders":[],"total_grants":0,"fwci":0.5232,"citation_percentile":0.74675155,"influential_citations":0,"citation_trend":[{"year":2013,"count":1},{"year":2019,"count":1},{"year":2020,"count":2},{"year":2021,"count":1},{"year":2023,"count":1},{"year":2025,"count":1}],"oa_status":"green","license":null,"oa_locations":[{"url":"https://www.academicjournals.org/journal/AJBM/article-full-text-pdf/F26516722558","host_type":"journal"}],"fields_of_study":["Accounting and Organizational Management","Public Policy and Administration Research","Job Satisfaction and Organizational Behavior"],"mesh_terms":[],"keywords":["CLARITY","Variable (mathematics)","Public sector","Business","Variables","Plan (archaeology)","Process management","Marketing","Public relations","Computer science","Economics","Political science"],"sdg_mappings":[{"sdg_number":0,"sdg_label":"Peace, Justice and strong institutions"}],"linked_datasets":[],"clinical_trials":[],"software_tools":[],"database_accessions":[],"source":"live","citation_network_status":"fetched"},"created_at":"2026-07-25T03:36:36.063993Z","pmid":null,"pmcid":null,"fwci":null,"citation_percentile":null,"influential_citations":0,"oa_status":null,"license":null,"views":0,"total_file_size_bytes":0,"version_count":0,"fair_f":null,"fair_a":null,"fair_i":null,"fair_r":null,"fair_zscore":null,"fair_rationale":null,"fair_model":null,"fair_agent_version":null,"fair_fulltext_source":null,"fair_has_llm":null,"fair_computed_at":null,"clinical_trials":[],"software_tools":[],"db_accessions":[],"linked_datasets":[],"topics":[]}
