Results of the values still showed that slight differences remained. The patients, however, were satisfied with the harmony between their faces and jaws and improved occlusions.Wiring for inner and outer fragments following sagittal split osteotomy was performed as to be loose because postoperative changes of the occlusal relation would make an occlusal induction and a fine regulation difficult.
