This first deliverable (i) focuses on database resources such as data repositories and knowledge bases, as well as (meta)data standards and data policies. In particular, how the FAIRsharing service helps and (ii) lays the groundwork for making datasets FAIR. The FAIRification efforts will be based on the diversity of the proposed datasets of the project, in order to set up a FAIRification methodology suitable for any type of data in life sciences.
