We also include a /VisualizationCode folder containing all the scripts and workspaces for figure generation (main manuscript and supplementary material). All the code is executed in MATLAB. We provide here the SBML model in the /SBML directory. We keep it very simple for users! Executing mainParameterEstimation.m will perform all the analysis shown in the manuscript.
