{"doi":"10.5281/zenodo.18600620","title":"Raw X-ray diffraction data for crystal structures of STEPified PTP1B chimera in apo, TCS401-bound, and BB3-bound states","abstract":"This record contains raw X-ray diffraction images for three crystallographic datasets of STEPified PTP1B (S.PTP1B), a chimeric protein composed of the catalytic domain of PTP1B with the WPD loop sequence replaced by that of STEP (PTPN5). The datasets correspond to the apo form, an active-site inhibitor–bound form (TCS401), and an allosteric inhibitor–bound form (BB3). The data are provided in HDF5 format as compressed archives, each containing one master file and the associated data files generated during X-ray data collection.
