{"doi":"10.51271/jchor-0014","title":"Chronic lymphocytic leukemia","abstract":"<jats:p>Chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL) is a mature B-cell neoplasm characterized by progressive accumulation of monoclonal B lymphocytes. CLL is considered being identical to SLL. Malignant cells seen in CLL and SLL have the same pathological and immunophenotypic features.
