{"doi":"10.4018/978-1-4666-7324-3.ch006","title":"Workforce Diversity Career Development","abstract":"<jats:p>As workforce diversity careers in organizations continue to increase in the United States, less emphasis has been placed on preparing undergraduate and graduate students with specific workforce diversity competencies to pursue these career options once they graduate.
