To assess the impact of the t(14;18) on patient survival, we investigated 26 patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma for the presence of t(14;18). The t(14;18) was detected in 90.9% of patients with high international prognostic index score. The five-year overall survival was 0.0% and 68.75% in positive and negative cases of t(14;18) respectively.
