{"doi":"10.25820/data.006119","title":"Dataset: Fecal PCB metabolites in germ-free mice compared to conventional mice","abstract":"The PCB metabolome in feces of germ-free (GF) and conventional (CV) mice was systematically explored with nontarget high-resolution mass spectrometry (Nt-HRMS). The total PCB metabolite levels were dose and gut microbiome dependent. This finding demonstrate that the gut microbiome plays a role in the metabolism and excretion of PCB metabolites.
