Elements measured include C (as total organic C), Na, Mg, P, S, K, Ca, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, Se, and Mo. Samples are collected, washed, digested, and analyzed for total organic carbon (Shimadzu) and other elements by ICP-MS/MS (Agilent 8900).
