{"doi":"10.14503/thij-24-8423","title":"Modern Perspectives on Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy—No One Size Fits All","abstract":"<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title>\n        <jats:p>Despite substantial advances in the management of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, advanced heart failure remains a major cause of morbidity in this patient population. This narrative review presents the case of a patient with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy who underwent alcohol septal ablation to frame a discussion of modern therapies for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
