{"doi":"10.1371/journal.pgen.1009692","title":"What connectomics can learn from genomics","abstract":"Geneticists, or perhaps more accurately genomicists, are used to big science, enormous projects that take years to complete and consume vast sums of money: sequencing mammalian genomes, genotyping a million people, obtaining ever more extensive catalogs of epigenetic marks, and so on. Last year the neuroscience community proposed something to rival the ambition of the human genome project.
