Thiamine level in RBC scarcely increased after administration. The estimation of urinary thiamine excretion showed that B1-HCl injected was almost completely excreted within 24 hours.After intravenous injection of 100 and 300mg of TTFD, whole-blood and RBC thiamine levels showed a rapid remarkable increase in proportion to the doses. The high levels were seen even 24 hours after administration. About 50% of the TTFD injected was excreted within 24 hours.","is_dataset_classified":null,"base_score":1.6094379124341003,"endowment":1.6094379124341003,"datacite_reuse_total":0,"file_count":0,"downloads":0,"views":0,"has_version_chain":false,"is_dataset":false,"is_oa":false,"pmid":"19767382","pmcid":null,"openalex_id":"https://openalex.org/W2331392022","authors":[],"funders":[],"total_grants":0,"fwci":0.165,"citation_percentile":0.48108426,"influential_citations":0,"citation_trend":[{"year":2016,"count":1}],"oa_status":"bronze","license":null,"oa_locations":[{"url":"https://www.jstage.jst.go.jp/article/jvma1951/37/2/37_2_99/_pdf","host_type":"journal"},{"url":"https://www.jstage.jst.go.jp/article/jvma1951/37/2/37_2_99/_pdf","host_type":"publisher"},{"url":"https://doi.org/10.12935/jvma1951.37.99","host_type":"journal"}],"fields_of_study":["Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptors","Metabolism and Genetic Disorders","Alcoholism and Thiamine Deficiency"],"mesh_terms":[],"keywords":["Thiamine","Urine","Thiamine deficiency","Excretion","Metabolism","Oral administration","Medicine","Endocrinology","Internal medicine"],"sdg_mappings":[{"sdg_number":0,"sdg_label":"Zero hunger"}],"linked_datasets":[],"clinical_trials":[],"software_tools":[],"database_accessions":[],"source":"live","citation_network_status":"fetched"},"created_at":"2026-08-07T11:16:02.557695Z","pmid":null,"pmcid":null,"fwci":null,"citation_percentile":null,"influential_citations":0,"oa_status":null,"license":null,"views":0,"total_file_size_bytes":0,"version_count":0,"fair_f":null,"fair_a":null,"fair_i":null,"fair_r":null,"fair_zscore":null,"fair_rationale":null,"fair_model":null,"fair_agent_version":null,"fair_fulltext_source":null,"fair_has_llm":null,"fair_computed_at":null,"clinical_trials":[],"software_tools":[],"db_accessions":[],"linked_datasets":[],"topics":[]}
