Benzopentathiepin as a Novel 1,5-Dipole Synthon","abstract":"<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title>\n               <jats:p>Some unsymmetrical 1,2,5-benzotrithiepins were synthesized in moderate to good yields by the novel reactions of various olefins with benzopentathiepin (BPT) in the presence of a Lewis acid, trifluoroborane etherate.
