Nephro- and ototoxicity are the most common side effects. Therefore monitoring of tobramycin levels is recommended. The aim of the study was to evaluate the impact of measuring tobramycin levels in once daily iv tobramycin therapy. <b>Methods:</b> All once daily tobramycin treatments between 07/2010 and 07/2019 in CF patients were included and patient data analysed for tobramycin levels, renal function and comorbities. <b>Results:</b> Out of 278 iv tobramycin courses seven elevated tobramycin levels were recorded (2.5%).
