{"doi":"10.1145/3569951.3597593","title":"Neuroscience Gateway – Software Dissemination and Large-Scale Modeling and Data Processing on Supercomputing Resources","abstract":"The Neuroscience Gateway (NSG) has been in operation since 2013. Initially it started out as a gateway providing high performance computing (HPC) resources to computational neuroscientists for large scale neuronal modeling. In the recent years neuroscientists involved in data processing are also utilizing the NSG and as a results NSG has added multiple new features related to data transfer, data management, data sharing and high throughput computing (HTC). Neuroscientists are also using NSG to disseminate their lab-developed neuroscience software. To accommodate this, NSG has added new capabilities in the last few years and which allows neuroscientists to utilize NSG for their software development, benchmarking and ultimately release of software via NSG for dissemination.
