{"doi":"10.1142/s0217984901002889","title":"DEBYE TEMPERATURE OF<font>MgB</font><sub>2</sub>","abstract":"<jats:p>In this study we determined the Debye temperature of MgB<jats:sub>2</jats:sub>powder by using the Rietveld refinement method based on the X-ray diffraction (XRD) data of this compound. MgB2 crystallizes with the AlB<jats:sub>2</jats:sub>structure, a space group of P6/mmm (191), and the lattice constants are a=b=3.0840 Å, c=3.5222 Å.
