Besides the known\n            <jats:named-content content-type=\"genus-species\">Bradyrhizobium japonicum</jats:named-content>\n            , three novel genospecies were isolated from these fields. Grassland (GL) maintained a higher diversity of soybean bradyrhizobia than the other cultivation systems. Two genospecies (\n            <jats:named-content content-type=\"genus-species\">Bradyrhizobium</jats:named-content>\n            spp. I and III) were distributed widely in all treatments, while\n            <jats:named-content content-type=\"genus-species\">Bradyrhizobium</jats:named-content>\n            sp. II was found only in GL treatment. Cultivation with soybeans increased the rhizobial abundance and diversity, except for the soybean monoculture (S-S) treatment. In monoculture systems, soybeans favored\n            <jats:named-content content-type=\"genus-species\">Bradyrhizobium</jats:named-content>\n            sp. I, while maize and wheat favored\n            <jats:named-content content-type=\"genus-species\">Bradyrhizobium</jats:named-content>\n            sp. III. Fertilization decreased the rhizobial diversity indexes but did not change the species composition. The organic carbon (OC) and available phosphorus (AP) contents and pH were the main soil parameters positively correlated with the distribution of\n            <jats:named-content content-type=\"genus-species\">Bradyrhizobium</jats:named-content>\n            spp. I and II and\n            <jats:named-content content-type=\"genus-species\">Bradyrhizobium japonicum</jats:named-content>\n            and negatively correlated with\n            <jats:named-content content-type=\"genus-species\">Bradyrhizobium</jats:named-content>\n            sp. III. These results revealed that different land uses and crop management could not only alter the diversity and abundance of soybean rhizobia, but also change interactions between rhizobia and legume or nonlegume plants, which offered novel information about the biogeography of rhizobia.\n          </jats:p>","journal":"Applied and Environmental Microbiology","year":2014,"id":601348,"datarank":0.6966586348712059,"base_score":4.6443908991413725,"endowment":4.6443908991413725,"self_citation_contribution":0.6966586348712059,"citation_network_contribution":0.0,"self_endowment_contribution":0.6966586348712059,"citer_contribution":0.0,"corpus_percentile":null,"corpus_rank":null,"citation_count":103,"citer_count":0,"citers_with_citation_signal":0,"citers_with_endowment":0,"datacite_reuse_total":0,"is_dataset":false,"is_dataset_confidence":null,"is_data_producer":false,"deposit_databanks":null,"is_oa":false,"file_count":0,"downloads":0,"has_version_chain":false,"published_date":null,"fair_score":null,"fair_percentile":null,"algorithm_id":"datarank_citation_only_1hop_v6","ranking_scope":"data_only","authors":[{"id":1541928,"name":"Xiao Zeng Han","orcid":null,"position":1,"is_corresponding":false},{"id":1541929,"name":"Zhao Jun Ji","orcid":null,"position":2,"is_corresponding":false},{"id":418221,"name":"Yan Li","orcid":"0000-0002-7884-8074","position":3,"is_corresponding":false},{"id":1541932,"name":"En Tao Wang","orcid":null,"position":4,"is_corresponding":false},{"id":1541934,"name":"Zhi Hong Xie","orcid":null,"position":5,"is_corresponding":false},{"id":1541936,"name":"Wen Feng Chen","orcid":null,"position":6,"is_corresponding":false},{"id":339032,"name":"Jun Yan","orcid":"0009-0008-2183-0173","position":0,"is_corresponding":false}],"reference_count":0,"raw_metadata":{"citation_network_status":"fetched"},"created_at":"2026-07-29T16:00:28.253155Z","pmid":null,"pmcid":null,"fwci":null,"citation_percentile":null,"influential_citations":0,"oa_status":null,"license":null,"views":0,"total_file_size_bytes":0,"version_count":0,"fair_f":null,"fair_a":null,"fair_i":null,"fair_r":null,"fair_zscore":null,"fair_rationale":null,"fair_model":null,"fair_agent_version":null,"fair_fulltext_source":null,"fair_has_llm":null,"fair_computed_at":null,"clinical_trials":[],"software_tools":[],"db_accessions":[],"linked_datasets":[],"topics":[]}
