Encoders are used for speed identification usually, but some severe industrial situations limit the usage of encoders. As a result, scientists begin to find speed identification methods. After scrutinizing the advantages and disadvantages of the main motor control system and motor speed identification methods, we make up the plan of Speed Sensor-less vector control based on model reference adaptive system(MRAS). Specific to MRAS speed identification methods, the paper analyzes the shortcomings of MRAS model based on rotor flux and puts forward the compensation measurement.
