Therefore, we evaluated the pharmacokinetics profiles in a cross over setting comparing saquinavir/ritonavir 1500/50 mg (plus NRTI backbone) to saquinavir/ritonavir 1500/100 mg in the same HIV-infected, Thai individuals.
