{"doi":"10.1093/nar/gkac419","title":"CircadiOmics: circadian omic web portal","abstract":"Circadian rhythms are a foundational aspect of biology. These rhythms are found at the molecular level in every cell of every living organism and they play a fundamental role in homeostasis and a variety of physiological processes. As a result, biomedical research of circadian rhythms continues to expand at a rapid pace. To support this research, CircadiOmics (http://circadiomics.igb.uci.edu/) is the largest annotated repository and analytic web server for high-throughput omic (e.g. transcriptomic, metabolomic, proteomic) circadian time series experimental data. CircadiOmics contains over 290 experiments and over 100 million individual measurements, across >20 unique tissues/organs, and 11 different species. Users are able to visualize and mine these datasets by deriving and comparing periodicity statistics for oscillating molecular species including: period, amplitude, phase, P-value and q-value. These statistics are obtained from BIO_CYCLE and JTK_CYCLE and are intuitively aggregated and displayed for comparison. CircadiOmics is the most up-to-date and cutting-edge web portal for searching and analyzing circadian omic data and is used by researchers around the world.","journal":"Nucleic Acids Research","year":2022,"id":255386,"datarank":0.57538403336872,"base_score":3.044522437723423,"endowment":3.044522437723423,"self_citation_contribution":0.4566783656585135,"citation_network_contribution":0.1187056677102065,"self_endowment_contribution":0.4566783656585135,"citer_contribution":0.1187056677102065,"corpus_percentile":65.9085634718032,"corpus_rank":4408,"citation_count":20,"citer_count":14,"citers_with_citation_signal":7,"citers_with_endowment":7,"datacite_reuse_total":0,"is_dataset":true,"is_dataset_confidence":0.9244,"is_data_producer":false,"deposit_databanks":null,"is_oa":true,"file_count":0,"downloads":0,"has_version_chain":false,"published_date":"2022-01-01","fair_score":null,"fair_percentile":null,"algorithm_id":"datarank_citation_only_1hop_v6","ranking_scope":"data_only","authors":[{"id":865029,"name":"Forest Agostinelli","orcid":"0000-0003-1392-3667","position":1,"is_corresponding":false},{"id":630749,"name":"Tomoki Sato","orcid":"0000-0003-3044-6874","position":2,"is_corresponding":false},{"id":630748,"name":"Kouhei Shimaji","orcid":"0000-0002-8121-7257","position":3,"is_corresponding":false},{"id":260113,"name":"Pierre Baldi","orcid":"0000-0001-8752-4664","position":4,"is_corresponding":false},{"id":260111,"name":"Muntaha Samad","orcid":"0000-0001-8813-6161","position":0,"is_corresponding":true}],"reference_count":59,"raw_metadata":null,"created_at":"2026-07-19T00:25:12.987829Z","pmid":"35657089","pmcid":"PMC9252794","fwci":null,"citation_percentile":null,"influential_citations":0,"oa_status":null,"license":null,"views":0,"total_file_size_bytes":0,"version_count":0,"fair_f":null,"fair_a":null,"fair_i":null,"fair_r":null,"fair_zscore":null,"fair_rationale":null,"fair_model":null,"fair_agent_version":null,"fair_fulltext_source":null,"fair_has_llm":null,"fair_computed_at":null,"clinical_trials":[],"software_tools":[],"db_accessions":[],"linked_datasets":[],"topics":[]}
