{"doi":"10.1093/geroni/igaf093","title":"Age-friendly AI: building bridges between technology and geriatric care","abstract":"AI to Improve the Care of Older Adults,\" aims to advance the effort to plan for a coordinated future of data-driven decisions from a multidisciplinary perspective.In light of the rise in our aging populations, what has so far been found is that new technologies are most successfully adopted when they address not only a potential gap in service, but also the specific needs of the older adult patients and their caregivers, the physicians, nurses, and other health care staff who treat and support them.
