Reduced ring-c transformations of 12-Methoxypodocarpa-8,11,13-trien- 19-ol","abstract":"<jats:p>Birch-type reductions of 12-methoxypodocarpa-8,11,13-trien-19-01 (2) have been investigated and the products have been converted into the 13-oxo derivatives (7) and (30) which have potential use as chiral intermediates for synthesis.
