Phytase","abstract":"<jats:p>Inositol phosphate n;termediates formed during the enzymic (bacterial phytase) dephosphorylation of the hexaphosphates of myo-, scyllo-, and D-chiroinositol have been isolated by means of ion-exchange chromatography.
