Comparative studies were carried to compare the size of AuNPs after the addition of stabilizing agents. The optimization was done under stabilizing agent concentration. AuNPs with α-cyclodextrin and β-cyclodextrin were optimum at 0.040 M stabilizing agent. DLS analysis showed that after the addition of α-cyclodextrin and β-cyclodextrin as stabilizing agents, the size of AuNPs decreased.
