{"doi":"10.1017/s1431927600003299","title":"Adsorption Staining Methd For Ultrathin Frozen Sections","abstract":"<jats:p>The successful routine use of cryoultramicrotomy to examine ultrathin\n                        sections by transmission electron microscopy requires the application of\n                        suitable staining to delineate the ultrastructure.
