{"doi":"10.1017/cel.2017.4","title":"Revisiting the Dominant Discourse on Conditionality in the EU: The Case of EU Spending Conditionality","abstract":"<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>This article maps the rise of EU spending conditionality in the 2014–20 financial period and shows how the study of this novel type of conditionality adds to the dominant legal discourse on conditionality in the EU.
