This article explores the six recognized circadian rhythm sleep disorders: delayed sleep phase syndrome, advanced sleep phase syndrome, non-24-hour sleep-wake syndrome, irregular sleep-wake pattern, shift work sleep syndrome, and time zone change syndrome.
