{"doi":"10.1016/j.jvs.2026.03.009","title":"Baker's cyst leading to complete popliteal artery occlusion","abstract":"Baker's cysts are usually an indolent pathology that is managed nonoperatively, with intervention reserved for rare patients with compressive symptoms. We present a patient with a Baker's cyst that led to disabling claudication requiring vascular surgical intervention. Initially, an endovascular approach was undertaken; however, the patient experienced early stent failure from the Baker's cyst's mechanical compressive effects necessitating open revascularization.
