Methods: values with the significance threshold adjusted for multiple comparisons using the Bonferroni correction. Results: We found significant disparities in accessing the survey and reporting no FHH knowledge across almost all sociodemographic subgroups. Most FHH reported in the survey was not captured in the EHR data, most significantly for participants who were aged 20 to 29, were students, did not graduate high school, were never married, or had no health insurance. Conclusion: Our study showed significant sociodemographic disparities in FHH survey access, FHH knowledge, and FHH captured in EHR structured data, which could widen inequities in access to FHH-based interventions.","journal":"Genetics in Medicine Open","year":2025,"id":536257,"datarank":0.10397207708399181,"base_score":0.6931471805599453,"endowment":0.6931471805599453,"self_citation_contribution":0.10397207708399181,"citation_network_contribution":0.0,"self_endowment_contribution":0.10397207708399181,"citer_contribution":0.0,"corpus_percentile":22.178386323199504,"corpus_rank":9377,"citation_count":1,"citer_count":1,"citers_with_citation_signal":0,"citers_with_endowment":0,"datacite_reuse_total":0,"is_dataset":true,"is_dataset_confidence":0.8487,"is_data_producer":false,"deposit_databanks":null,"is_oa":true,"file_count":0,"downloads":0,"has_version_chain":false,"published_date":"2025-01-01","fair_score":0.0,"fair_percentile":0.0,"algorithm_id":"datarank_citation_only_1hop_v6","ranking_scope":"data_only","authors":[{"id":49163,"name":"Ramal Moonesinghe","orcid":"0000-0001-5327-533X","position":1,"is_corresponding":false},{"id":780044,"name":"Sun Hee Rim","orcid":null,"position":2,"is_corresponding":false},{"id":844808,"name":"Katherine Kolor","orcid":null,"position":3,"is_corresponding":false},{"id":98705,"name":"Danielle Rasooly","orcid":"0000-0001-7715-1809","position":4,"is_corresponding":false},{"id":1051359,"name":"Kevin Littrell","orcid":null,"position":5,"is_corresponding":false},{"id":844806,"name":"Scott Bowen","orcid":null,"position":6,"is_corresponding":false},{"id":692501,"name":"W.
