The majority of patients with advanced ovarian cancer are mainly treated with cisplatin-based chemotherapy. As the most widely used first-line anti-neoplastic drug, cisplatin produces therapeutic effects through multiple mechanisms. However, during clinical treatment, cisplatin resistance has gradually emerged, representing a challenge for patient outcome improvement. The mechanism of cisplatin resistance, while known to be complex and involve many processes, remains unclear.
