{"doi":"10.1016/j.ekir.2024.10.012","title":"De novo Membranous Nephropathy in Renal Allografts is Associated With Protocadherin FAT1","abstract":"Membranous nephropathy (MN) that occurs posttransplantation can represent either recurrent or de novo disease. Phospholipase A2 receptor (PLA2R) is the predominant antigen in recurrent MN, which is expected given that most cases with MN in native kidneys are PLA2R-positive.
