Identifying the optimal treatment pattern-whether it's neoadjuvant, adjuvant, or a combination of both-is a crucial next step, particularly in pinpointing which patients benefit the most. This decision-making process requires a multi-disciplinary treatment team capable of utilizing tissue and plasma genomic testing to inform therapeutic choices.
