{"doi":"10.1002/zaac.202100352","title":"Turn‐on luminescent sensing of glutathione and cysteine based on post‐modified Bio‐MOF‐1","abstract":"<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>Glutathione (GSH) and cysteine (Cys) play important roles in many neurological diseases. Therefore, it is very significant to design and synthesis new type GSH and Cys probes. The Cu<jats:sup>2+</jats:sup> ion was incorporated into Bio‐MOF‐1 to synthesize Cu<jats:sup>2+</jats:sup>@Bio‐MOF‐1 through postsynthetic modification. GSH and Cys show strong affinity for Cu<jats:sup>2+</jats:sup> ion, so the Cu<jats:sup>2+</jats:sup>@Bio‐MOF‐1 exhibits highly sensitive turn‐on sensing of GSH and Cys.
