The results of the structural analysis suggested that the polyurethane having a cyclic urethane structure such as oxazolidone formed a rod‐like structure, although the control polyurethane having a chain urethane structure formed a linear structure. The polyaddition of <jats:bold>Diol‐1</jats:bold> and aliphatic diisocyanate with triol having oxazolidone structure (<jats:bold>Triol‐1</jats:bold>) as a crosslinker also proceeded successfully to achieve corresponding polyurethanes. However, the polyurethanes containing a molar ratio of <jats:bold>Triol‐1</jats:bold> less than or equal 50% were soluble in high polar organic solvents nevertheless those polyurethanes contained some trifunctional units in the polymer chain. On the other hand, the polyurethanes containing a molar ratio of <jats:bold>Triol‐1</jats:bold> more than 50% were insoluble in any organic solvents. We hypothesized that the soluble polyurethanes containing <jats:bold>Triol‐1</jats:bold> formed multi‐branched structure and the insoluble polyurethanes formed cross‐linking structure. Such structures of polymer chain affected significantly to the thermal properties of the obtained polyurethanes.</jats:p>","journal":"Journal of Polymer Science","year":2023,"id":37975,"datarank":0.0,"base_score":0.0,"endowment":0.0,"self_citation_contribution":0.0,"citation_network_contribution":0.0,"self_endowment_contribution":0.0,"citer_contribution":0.0,"corpus_percentile":null,"corpus_rank":null,"citation_count":0,"citer_count":0,"citers_with_citation_signal":0,"citers_with_endowment":0,"datacite_reuse_total":0,"is_dataset":false,"is_dataset_confidence":null,"is_data_producer":false,"deposit_databanks":null,"is_oa":false,"file_count":0,"downloads":0,"has_version_chain":false,"published_date":null,"fair_score":null,"fair_percentile":null,"algorithm_id":"datarank_citation_only_1hop_v6","ranking_scope":"data_only","authors":[{"id":189192,"name":"Yuki Yoshinaga","orcid":null,"position":1,"is_corresponding":false},{"id":189193,"name":"Takeshi Endo","orcid":"0000-0001-6903-8048","position":2,"is_corresponding":false},{"id":189191,"name":"Yoshiaki Yoshida","orcid":"0000-0003-2232-7533","position":0,"is_corresponding":false}],"reference_count":0,"raw_metadata":{"has_enrichment":true,"base_score":0.0,"endowment":0.0,"datacite_reuse_total":0,"file_count":0,"downloads":0,"views":0,"has_version_chain":false,"is_dataset":false,"is_oa":false,"pmid":"18998881","pmcid":null,"openalex_id":"https://openalex.org/W4383264697","authors":[],"funders":[],"total_grants":0,"fwci":0.0,"citation_percentile":0.06190234,"influential_citations":0,"citation_trend":[],"oa_status":"bronze","license":"cc-by-nc-nd","oa_locations":[{"url":"https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/pdfdirect/10.1002/pol.20230187","host_type":"journal"},{"url":"https://kyutech.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/2000905/files/10.1002_pol.20230187.pdf","host_type":"GREEN"},{"url":"https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/pdfdirect/10.1002/pol.20230187","host_type":"publisher"},{"url":"https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/pdf/10.1002/pol.20230187","host_type":"publisher"},{"url":"https://doi.org/10.1002/pol.20230187","host_type":"journal"},{"url":"http://hdl.handle.net/10228/0002000905","host_type":""},{"url":"https://kyutech.repo.nii.ac.jp/records/2000905","host_type":"repository"}],"fields_of_study":["Polymer composites and self-healing","Synthesis and properties of polymers","Synthetic Organic Chemistry Methods","Materials Science","Chemistry"],"mesh_terms":[],"keywords":["Triol","Polyurethane","Diol","Polymer chemistry","Polymer","Chemical structure","Telechelic polymer","Hexamethylene diisocyanate","Chemistry","Materials science","Polyol","Organic chemistry","End-group","Polymerization"],"sdg_mappings":[{"sdg_number":0,"sdg_label":"Clean water and sanitation"}],"linked_datasets":[],"clinical_trials":[],"software_tools":[],"database_accessions":[],"source":"live","citation_network_status":"fetched"},"created_at":"2026-06-10T22:09:07.370999Z","pmid":null,"pmcid":null,"fwci":null,"citation_percentile":null,"influential_citations":0,"oa_status":null,"license":null,"views":0,"total_file_size_bytes":0,"version_count":0,"fair_f":null,"fair_a":null,"fair_i":null,"fair_r":null,"fair_zscore":null,"fair_rationale":null,"fair_model":null,"fair_agent_version":null,"fair_fulltext_source":null,"fair_has_llm":null,"fair_computed_at":null,"clinical_trials":[],"software_tools":[],"db_accessions":[],"linked_datasets":[],"topics":[]}
