Replication and meta-analysis using the summary statistics from the PD consortium for PD status and estimated age at menopause. The original study (PEG & PASIDA) consisted of 1737 females and 2430 males, the PD consortium provided summary statistics for 19,773 females and 24,053 males, and the meta-analysis consisted of summary statistics for PD with a total of 21,510 females and 26,483 males. Supplemental Table 2. Total number and AaO60 for the stratified studies Supplemental Table 3. Mendelian randomization analysis for age at menopause and PD status among female subjects from the IPDGC studies with a minimum of 50% late onset PD cases. The original study (PEG & PASIDA) consisted of 1737 females and 2430 males, the PD consortium provided summary statistics for 15,632 females and 22,541 males, and the meta-analysis consisted of summary statistics for PD with a total of 17,369 females and 24,971 males. Supplemental Table 4. Study stratified findings for SNPs with a minimal F-statistic >100, and for those with P-value threshold of 5e-8 among females Supplemental Table 5. Effect estimates of each individual SNP; SNPs are ordered based on the strength between the genetic variant and age at menopause. Supplemental figure1: Plot for visualizing our findings among the SNPs with a minimal F-statistic >100 (7 SNPs; 1a) and SNPs with P-value threshold of 5e-8 (52 SNPs; 1b) Supplemental Figure 2. Forest plot for the SNPs with a minimal F-statistic >100 (7 SNPs; 2a) and SNPs with P-value threshold of 5e-8 (52 SNPs; 2b) Supplemental Figure 3. Leave-one-out analysis for the SNPs with a minimal F-statistic >100 (7 SNPs; 3a) and SNPs with P-value threshold of 5e-8 (52 SNPs; 3b) Supplemental Figure 4. Forest plots for the Mendelian randomization analysis stratified by studies for findings among the SNPs with a minimal F-statistic >100 (7 SNPs; 4a) and SNPs with P-value threshold of 5e-8 (52 SNPs; 4b) among females.
