Progress has been made by using pure chemical approaches such as native chemical and Staudinger ligations. In parallel, the arsenal of biochemical ligation strategies, including expressed protein and enzyme ligations, has been enriched with novel enzymes such as V8 protease and staphylococcal sortase.","is_dataset_classified":null,"base_score":2.1972245773362196,"endowment":2.1972245773362196,"datacite_reuse_total":0,"file_count":0,"downloads":0,"views":0,"has_version_chain":false,"is_dataset":false,"is_oa":false,"pmid":"15368567","pmcid":null,"openalex_id":"https://openalex.org/W2166572448","authors":[],"funders":[],"total_grants":0,"fwci":0.479,"citation_percentile":0.62956647,"influential_citations":0,"citation_trend":[{"year":2015,"count":1}],"oa_status":"closed","license":"http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/termsAndConditions#vor","oa_locations":[{"url":"https://api.wiley.com/onlinelibrary/tdm/v1/articles/10.1002%2Fcbic.200400141","host_type":"publisher"},{"url":"https://chemistry-europe.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/pdf/10.1002/cbic.200400141","host_type":"publisher"},{"url":"https://doi.org/10.1002/cbic.200400141","host_type":"journal"},{"url":"https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/15368567","host_type":"repository"},{"url":"http://edoc.mpg.de/217559","host_type":"repository"},{"url":"http://hdl.handle.net/11858/00-001M-0000-0010-687D-8","host_type":"repository"}],"fields_of_study":["Biochemical and Structural Characterization","Chemical Synthesis and Analysis","Glycosylation and Glycoproteins Research"],"mesh_terms":["Models, Molecular","Molecular Biology","Peptide Fragments","Peptides","Protein Conformation","Proteins"],"keywords":["Sortase A","Ligation","Chemical ligation","Sortase","Native chemical ligation","Enzyme","Protease","Peptide","Chemistry","Biochemistry","Chemical biology","Computational biology","Combinatorial chemistry","Biology","Bacterial protein","Molecular biology"],"sdg_mappings":[],"linked_datasets":[],"clinical_trials":[],"software_tools":[],"database_accessions":[],"source":"live","citation_network_status":"fetched"},"created_at":"2026-08-17T20:35:17.399691Z","pmid":null,"pmcid":null,"fwci":null,"citation_percentile":null,"influential_citations":0,"oa_status":null,"license":null,"views":0,"total_file_size_bytes":0,"version_count":0,"fair_f":null,"fair_a":null,"fair_i":null,"fair_r":null,"fair_zscore":null,"fair_rationale":null,"fair_model":null,"fair_agent_version":null,"fair_fulltext_source":null,"fair_has_llm":null,"fair_computed_at":null,"clinical_trials":[],"software_tools":[],"db_accessions":[],"linked_datasets":[],"topics":[]}
